I was inspired by the hashbrown casserole recipe that we all love on this. My husband loved it.

Ingredients For chicken and hashbrown casserole

4chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

5 cfrozen hashbrowns, thawed

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
1/4 cchopped onion
-
1 cbroccoli florets
-
1/2 stickbutter, melted

salt and pepper
How To Make chicken and hashbrown casserole

1Preheat oven to 400 and butter a 9 x 9 baking dish.

2Mix thawed hashbrowns, soup, 3/4 cup of the cheese, onion, broccoli and melted butter. Spread in baking dish.

3Season Chicken with salt and pepper. Place on top of hashbrowns and bake for 1 hour. Spreading the remainder cheese over the top the last few minutes of bake time.
