Another easy recipe, these enchiladas have a great flavor to them. A dab of sour cream on top when serving really brings out the flavors.

Ingredients For chicken and cheese enchiladas

14 1/2 ozcan cream of chicken soup

1/2 csour cream

1 csalsa
-
2 tspchili powder

2 cchicken, cubed and cooked

1 cmexican blend shredded cheese

6-8 mdflour tortillas
How To Make chicken and cheese enchiladas

1Stir together soup, sour cream, salsa and chili powder in small bowl. Take one cup salsa mixture and stir it in with chicken and cheese.

2Fill tortillas evenly with chicken mixture. Place in a 13x9 baking dish, seam side down. Pour remaining salsa mixture over tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until hot.
