COMING UP WITH RECIPES WITH WHAT IS IN YOUR PANTRY ALWAYS CREATES A MYSTERY RESULT. I TEND TO COOK BEST IN A PINCH. I HAD MOST OF THE INGREDIENTS BUT HAD TO SEND HUBBY TO THE STORE FOR FRESH BROCCOLI. LOVED IT OVER RICE. THE FRESHLY STEAMED BROCCOLI WAS AN ADDED BONUS.

How To Make chicken and broccoli

1CUT CHICKEN BREAST IN CHUNKS. IN A LARGE FRYING PAN, SAUTE CHICKEN, GARLIC, EVOO TILL CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE SOUP AND MILK, WHISK TILL COMBINED. ADD TO CHICKEN AND SIMMER FOR 20-25 MINUTES. WHILE CHICKEN IS SIMMERING, WASH AND CUT FRESH BROCCOLI IN PIECES. STEAM FOR 4 MINUTES IN MICROWAVE;DRAIN WATER AND PLACE ON TOP OF THE CHICKEN. THE STEAM WILL FINISH COOKING THE BROCCOLI. SERVE OVER RICE OR NOODLES.
