Ingredients For chicken-almond quiche

3/4 ccooked diced chicken

3 Tbspsliced almonds
-
1 1/2 cshredded swiss cheese

3 lgeggs
-
1 1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspmace
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
-
3/4 cbisquick baking mix
-
1avocado, scooped out and mashed with the sour cream

1 cdairy sour cream
How To Make chicken-almond quiche

1Combine chicken and almonds and spread in the bottom of a buttered 10-inch pie plate; add swiss cheese,on top. In a blender on high, beat together Bisquick, eggs, salt, mace, and pepper for 15 seconds-until smooth. Pour carefully into pie plate. SprinkleParmesann on top. Bake in 400^ for 30 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with a dollop of avocado and sour cream blended together.
