My kids LOVE Chicken Fettucine Alfredo... so I knew this would be a hit! It is quick and easy and so yummy!!!

Ingredients For chicken alfredo pizza

  • 1 can
    pizza dough
  • 1 jar
    bertolli alfredo sauce (any flavor)
  • 1 pkg
    mushrooms (optional)
  • 1
    onion
  • 2 c
    mozzerella cheese
  • 1 pkg
    boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
  • 1 sm
    pkg frozen spinach, well drained (optional)

How To Make chicken alfredo pizza

  • 1
    In a skillet sautee onions and sliced mushrooms in a small drizzle of olive oil. Add cubed chicken and season to taste. My favorite all around seasoning is Tony's.

    While your chicken is cooking place your rolled out pizza dough in the oven and cook at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Romove from oven and spoon alfredo sauce as lightly or liberally as you prefer.

    When your chicken is cooked spread the chicken, onion, and mushroom mixture evenly over your crust. Add as much spinach as you like.

    Top with lots of mozzerella cheese and bake for approx. 45 minutes.
