    milk (whole or skim)
  • 1/2 c
    parmesean cheese
  • 3 clove
    garlic, thinly sliced (more garlic ok)
  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked chicken , cut small or shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, chpd
  • s & p to taste

    HEAT UP 2 TABLSP OF OLIVE OIL IN SAUCEPAN N ADD GARLIC TIL JUST TURN COLOR. MIX IN FLOUR N COOK FOR A MINUTE. ADD CREAM N MILK N STIR JUST TILL BOILN POINT...AT THIS TIME MIXTURE WILL THICKN. STIR IN PARM CHEESE. SET ASIDE
