4bone in chicken thighs

1 Tbspoil

1 ccoconut milk

1/2 csoy sauce

1/3 cwhite vinegar

1 Tbspsugar

2bay leaves

6 clovegarlic minced

1red chili chopped

3 Tbspcilantro chopped
How To Make chicken adobo

1Add oil to large dutch oven. Brown the chicken on both sides. Add in the coconut milk, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, bay leaves, garlic and chili. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to a low simmer. Cover the pan and allow to simmer 1 hour.

2In the last 10 minutes uncover and crank up the heat to thicken and reduce the sauce. Serve over rice or noodles if desired and garnish with cilantro
