2/3 corange juice

How To Make chicken a l'orange

1Brown the chicken pieces in melted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

2Combine the salt, ginger, and pepper in a small bowl; stir well, and sprinkle over the chicken. Add the carrot strips and onion rings to the chicken.

3Combine the orange juice and cornstarch in a medium bowl, stirring well. Add the orange marmalade, brown sugar, and lemon juice to the orange juice mixture; stir well.

4Pour the orange juice mixture over chicken and vegetables. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 45 to 50 minutes or until the chicken is done.
