I found this somewhere online but don't remember where. It was so amazingly good I wanted to share this with you. I am not a huge fan of Sauerkraut but hubby is, so I made this for him. He made such a big deal out of how good it was I had to try some......OMG! THIS WAS SO GOOD! Well worth trying. The sauerkraut and cranberries create a surprisingly delicious taste. I don't like cornbread stuffing so I use normal stuffing , yes I said it ,cornbread is not normal stuffing . We will definitely be making this a again!!

Ingredients For chicken a la kraut

1(16 oz) bottlesauerkraut, drained
-
1(16 oz) cancan whole cranberry sauce
-
4boneless skinless chicken breast halved
-
1 chot water
-
6 tspbutter , melted
-
1 (8oz) pkgcornbread stuffing mix
How To Make chicken a la kraut

1Spread sauerkraut in 9x12 pan. Spread cranberry sauce over sauerkraut. Place chicken breasts, halved, on top of cranberry sauce.

2In bowl stir stuffing, hot water and butter. Spread mixture evenly over chicken.

3Bake 400 degrees 50 minutes. Serves 4-6.
