This is another wonderful recipe that I have been using for many years and I can't remember where I got it from. I love making it for company and it is also so easy to make during the week for a quick dinner.

Ingredients For chicken a la armando

  • 1
    boneless, skinless chicken breast halves per person, boil til done and cubed (we did 6 breasts)
  • 1
    bag of frozen leaf spinach
  • half of a small mozzarella - shredded
  • 1 jar
    alfredo sauce
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 can
    of milk, if needed to be smooth
  • 1 clove
    garlic, diced
  • onion salt and pepper to taste
  • sliced red pepper for garnish on top (opt)

How To Make chicken a la armando

  • 1
    Mix ingredients except chicken and peppers in baking dish. Stir in chicken. Top with red peppers or parsley flakes and bake, covered, at 350 for about 1/2 hour or til bubbly
