This is another wonderful recipe that I have been using for many years and I can't remember where I got it from. I love making it for company and it is also so easy to make during the week for a quick dinner.

Ingredients For chicken a la armando

1boneless, skinless chicken breast halves per person, boil til done and cubed (we did 6 breasts)

1bag of frozen leaf spinach
-
half of a small mozzarella - shredded
-
1 jaralfredo sauce
-
1 cancream of celery soup
-
1/4 canof milk, if needed to be smooth
-
1 clovegarlic, diced
-
onion salt and pepper to taste
-
sliced red pepper for garnish on top (opt)
How To Make chicken a la armando

1Mix ingredients except chicken and peppers in baking dish. Stir in chicken. Top with red peppers or parsley flakes and bake, covered, at 350 for about 1/2 hour or til bubbly
