On lazy nights we just toss the whole thing together and serve it in bowls. I usually use one package spinach and one package whole grain tortellinis for color.

Ingredients For cheesy tortellini bowl

1 1/2 tspgarlic powder

1 1/2 tsponion powder

1 1/2 tspcoriander, ground

1 1/2 tspcelery salt

1 1/2 tsppaprika, sweet mild

2 lbchicken tenders
-
3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

2 pkgtortellini, cheese stuffed

1 pinchsalt
-
1 pkgcountry style gravy
-
1 cwater
-
3/4 cskim milk
-
5 dashblack pepper
-
1 casiago cheese, grated
-
1 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated

1 bunchparsley, chopped
How To Make cheesy tortellini bowl

1Combine garlic, onion, coriander, celery salt and paprika. Trim and cube tenders. Toss and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

2Heat 2 tsp olive oil on medium high. Add chicken and fry until done and liquid is cooked off.

3Boil water with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil. Add tortellini and cook until done.

4Boil 1 cup water. Whisk 3/4 cups milk with gravy mix and pepper. Add mix to boiling water. Whisk until gravy is thick and creamy.

5Toss chicken and tortellinis, pour gravy over and dress with cheese and parsley.
