I had some leftover grilled chicken in the fridge that I wanted to use up before I forgot about it. So, I just started carting out what I thought would make one delicious wrap. Needless to say, it was a hit and the chickens all gone. It would be great with any type of chicken, be it grilled, poached etc. A great idea for those hot days that you don't want to heat up the house. Enjoy!

Ingredients For ~ chive & onion chicken wrap ~ cass's

  • as needed
    tortillas, flour - 10 inch or larger - up to you
  • 1 Tbsp
    per wrap - philadelphia real chive & crisp onions cream cheese spread
  • Thin
    sliced chicken breast - 3 - 4 thin slices per sandwich
  • Baby
    spinach, fresh - stems removed
  • cucumber
    peeled and sliced - thin - if large seeded remove
  • Fresh
    thin sliced ripe tomato
  • Thin slice
    sweet onion
  • Havarti
    cheese slices or favorite
  • Salt
    & pepper to taste
  • Good
    balsamic vinegar

How To Make ~ chive & onion chicken wrap ~ cass's

    Lay out tortilla and spread evenly with cream cheese. Layer with spinach, cucumber, tomato, onion, salt and pepper. Next cheese slice and 3 to 4 thin slices of chicken. Sprinkle lightly with balsamic vinegar.

    Either fold over and cut in half or roll up wrap style. Cut in half and serve. This combination was delicious. A slice of bacon would have been awesome as well. Enjoy!
