Ingredients For cheesy chicken enchiladas

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

2 cmonterey jack cheese, shredded

2 cchopped cooked chicken

2 clight sour cream
-
1 cancream of chicken soup, undiluted

2 Tbspfinely chopped onion

1/4 tspground black pepper

1/8 tspsalt

1 canenchilada sauce (mild)

108 inch flour or whole wheat tortillas
How To Make cheesy chicken enchiladas

1In a large bowl, combine all cheeses, cooked chicken, sour cream, soup, onion, salt and pepper. Spoon about 1/2 cup of this mixture off center on each tortilla; roll up. Place seam side down in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.

2Pour enchilada sauce over the tortillas. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
