Ingredients For cheesy chicken breasts

4boneless chicken breasts

1--10 oz. pkgsharp cheddar cheese

3 cseasoned bread crumbs

1/2 cmargerine
-
2eggs,beaten
-
1 cchicken bouillon
-
1/2 conion, chopped
-
1/2 cgreen pepper, chopped

2 Tbspflour
-
1 tspseasoned salt
-
2 cwhite rice, cooked

1 cwild rice, cooked
-
6--oz. jarmushrooms,sliced
How To Make cheesy chicken breasts

1Cut chicken breasts in half. Flatten each. Cut cheese into 8 eaqual sticks. Roll each chicken breast around a stick of cheese.

2Dip in egg and breadcrumbs. Brown in 1/4 cup of margerine. Set aside. Cook onion and green pepper in 1/4 cup of margerine until tender.

3Add boullion, flour and seasonings. Cook until thickened. Add rice and mushrooms. Pour into a shallow casserole.

4Top with chicken breasts. Bake in preheated oven at 400' for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
