We love Pierogi in this house! We also love cheese, cheese, and more cheese. So, I came up with this recipe and it disappears in a flash every time I bake it. The great thing about this recipe is it is very versatile and can be used as a main dish, side dish, vegetarian dish, and you decide how much effort you want to put into making it. The super easy cheese sauce is what makes it taste so decadent and like you spent a lot of time making it. It's also very kid friendly.
