2 lbboneless, skinless chicken thigh tenders or chicken breast tenders

1/4 call purpose flour

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 Tbspcanola oil

1/4 csoy sauce

2 Tbsprice wine vinegar

2 Tbspketchup

1 Tbspbrown sugar

1 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 tspgrated fresh ginger

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

1/2 ccashews
How To Make cashew chicken, crock pot style

1Combine flour and pepper in large Ziploc bag. Add chicken. Shake to coat with flour mixture.

2Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken about 2 minutes on each side

3Place chicken in crock pot cooker.

4Combine soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes in small bowl; pour over chicken.

5Cook on LOW heat setting for 3 to 4 hours. Add cashews and stir. Serve over rice.

6If you like sauce and want to have some to pour over the chicken and the rice, double the sauce ingredients.
