Ingredients For caramelized lemongrass chicken

  • 4
    boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemongrass paste
  • 3 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make caramelized lemongrass chicken

    Mix the lemongrass, fish sauce, brown sugar and garlic together. Add the chicken and mix well and let marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours.

    Add oil to a skillet. Add the chicken and cook 10 minutes turning them once. Add the marinade and bring to a boil
  • 3
    Reduce the heat to low and cook until chicken is done and the sauce is caramelized. Add the lemon juice and serve
