  • FOR THE MUSTARD DIP
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    each yellow mustard and cream style horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • FOR THE CHICKEN
  • 4
    boneless chicken thighs cut into strips
  • 2 c
    cap'n crunch cereal
  • 1 c
    cornflakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    each onion power, garlic powder, and salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1
    egg beaten
  • 1 c
    milk
  • oil for deep frying

    Mix the ingredients together for the mustard dip and place in fridge until ready to use it.

    Place both cereals, the onion powder, garlic powder, salt and white pepper together in a food processor and process to a fine crumb. Place is a shallow dish

    Mix the egg and milk together. Dip the chicken pieces in the milk mixture and then dredge in the crumb mixture.
