Ingredients For cantonese chicken wings

  • 8
    chicken wings
  • 6 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 4 Tbsp
    dark soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    shaoxing
  • 2 tsp
    garlic chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    crushed cashews
  • 2
    green onions chopped

How To Make cantonese chicken wings

  • 1
    Place the hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, shaoxing wine, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Add in 6 tbsp water. Bring to a boil and simmer about 1 minute. Remove from heat.

    Preheat oven 425 degrees. Place the whole chicken wings on baking sheet. Pour the sauce over the wings. Cover loosely with foil. Roast about 25 minutes.

    Serve sprinkled with green onions and cashews.
