How To Make cantonese chicken wings

1Place the hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, shaoxing wine, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Add in 6 tbsp water. Bring to a boil and simmer about 1 minute. Remove from heat.

2Preheat oven 425 degrees. Place the whole chicken wings on baking sheet. Pour the sauce over the wings. Cover loosely with foil. Roast about 25 minutes.

3Serve sprinkled with green onions and cashews.
