Ingredients For cajun chicken lollipops

    chicken wing drumettes
  • 8 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    franks hot sauce
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • oil for deep frying

How To Make cajun chicken lollipops

    Hold each drumette on the narrow bone and use a paring knife and scape the skin and meat downwards to expose the bone and make a plump lollipop looking chicken wing.

    Season the lollipops with salt and pepper. Bring the oil to 375 degrees. Place the flour in a shallow dish and add half the cajun seasoning. roll each of the lollipops in the flour mixture then deep fry until golden brown about 5 to 7 minutes. drain on paper towels.

    Melt the butter and mix in the remaining cajun seasoning and franks hot sauce.

    Pour the butter mixture over the lollipops and serve.
