4chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

8 ozlinguine, cooked al dente

4 tspcajun seasoning of your choice

4 Tbspbutter
-
2green onions, thinly sliced

2-4 cheavy whipping cream
-
4 Tbspsun-dried tomatoes

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspdried basil
-
1/4 tspground black pepper
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/2 cparmesan cheese, grated

1 cmushrooms
How To Make cajun chicken linguine

1Cut the chicken into thin strips and coat in a bowl with the Cajun seasoning.

2In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken and mushrooms in the butter until the chicken is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.

3Reduce the heat and add green onions, heavy cream, tomatoes, basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and heat through.

4Pour over hot linguine and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
