Ingredients For cajun chicken alfredo

3boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into small chunks

2 Tbspcajun seasoning

4 Tbspbutter divided

4green onions chopped white and green parts separated

3 clovegarlic minced

1/4 csweet vermouth

1 cheavy cream
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

4 ozfettuccine pasta cooked in boiling water and drained reserving 1/2 cup pasta water
How To Make cajun chicken alfredo

1Place the chicken in a bowl and add the cajun seasoning and rub it all over the chicken.

2Add 2 tbsp butter to a large skillet and add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Add the white parts of the green onions, and garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add the Vermouth and let most evaporate

3Add the heavy cream and reserved pasta water. Bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining 2 tbsp butter. Top with the green parts of the green onions.
