Ingredients For buttery hot wings

  • 40
    chicken wings
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    each salt and paprika
  • oil for deep frying
  • BUTTERY HOT SAUCE
  • 1 1/2 c
    butter cubed
  • 1/4
    crystal hot sauce
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar

How To Make buttery hot wings

  • 1
    Place the flour, salt and pepper together in a large baggie. Add the chicken wings and coat in the flour shaking off all excess. Do in batches if needed. Place on a baking sheet and set in the fridge for 1 hour.

    Heat the oil to 375 degrees. Cook the wings in batches for about 7 minutes. Drain on paper towel lined paper plate.

    For the sauce. Place the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium for 10 minutes. Pour over wings.
