Ingredients For buttermilk chicken

1 1/2 cbuttermilk

3/4 cflour

1/4 cbutter or margarine

1 cancream of mushroom soup

6 lgpieces of favorite chicken (light or dark meat)
How To Make buttermilk chicken

1Dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll in flour, salt, & pepper mixed. Place chicken in dish with melted butter.

2Bake @ 425 for 30 minutes, turn & bake 15 minutes more. Mix leftover buttermilk & soup & pour over chicken. Bake 15 minutes more.
