1 mdonion diced

1 Tbspgrated ginger

1 Tbspgaram masala

1 tspeach ground turmeric and kashmiri chili powder

1/2 tspground fenugreek

1/2 cbrown sugar

1 1/2 cchicken stock

8 ozcan tomato sauce

6 ozcan tomato paste

1/2 cheavy cream
- FOR THE MEATBALLS

1 1/2 lbground chicken thighs

1/2 cpanko bread crumbs

1 lgegg
-
1/2 cfinely chopped fresh cilantro

1 Tbspcurry powder

salt and pepper

2 Tbspbrown sugar
How To Make butter chicken meatballs

1Preheat oven 425 degrees. To make the meatballs. Mix all ingredients together and roll into golf ball size balls meatballs. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and place in the oven for about 15 minutes.

2Meanwhile add the butter to a large skillet and let it melt. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until translucent about 5 minutes. Add the garam masala, turmeric, chili power, fenugreek and brown sugar. Cook 1 minute.

3Add the chicken stock, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Bring to a simmer and simmer about 5 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream. Add the meatballs and cook for 5 more minutes

4Serve over Basmati rice with a side on naan
