Ingredients For butter chicken

2 Tbspolive oil

2boneless skinless chicken cut into small chunks

1 mdonion diced

1 Tbspginger grated

3 clovegarlic minced

2 tspchili powder

1/2 tspcinnamon

114 oz can diced tomatoes undrained

2 tspgaram masala
-
2 Tbsptomato paste

1 cplain greek yogurt room temp

1/2 cheavy cream

basmati rice and naan for serving
How To Make butter chicken

1Add the oil to a large skillet. Add the chicken and brown for 3 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute.

2Add the chili powder, and cinnamon. and cook 1 minute. Add the chicken back to the pan and add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to a simmer and simmer until chicken is cooked. Reduce heat to low.

3Stir in the Garam Masala, yogurt, and cream. Stir and cook until warmed through. Serve with Basmati rice and naan
