BUTTER BUTTER BUTTER! Must use real butter. No substitutions. One a diet? Uh........well....this isn't exactly diet friendly, but OMG it's fabulous!!!! Crispy, buttery on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. My daughters love to scrape the pan for the buttery, crispy cracker left in the pan.

Ingredients For butter chicken

4chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless (leave whole or cut into strips)

2eggs, beaten

1-1 1/2 ccrushed butter crackers (i use keebler club crackers cause they are the best!!)
-
1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
pepper to taste
-
1/2 cbutter, cold (cut into chunks)
How To Make butter chicken

1Preheat oven to 375.

2place egg beat in shallow dish or bowl. Mix cracker crumbs and garlic salt and pepper in another bowl. Dip chicken in egg beat, then crumbs. Put coated chicken in 9x13 baking dish. (If you have any crumbs left over, you can sprinkle them on the chicken if you want) arrange butter chunks around chicken. cover with foil bake for 20 min. Uncover and bake for another 20-25 min.
