OK, this one is safe for diabetics. I have made more changes to this to make it even safer. I's still just as good!! This recipe is very flavorful. You can use leg quarters if you like dark meat. Or split breasts if you prefer white meat. You can also use 24 wings and make a party snack out of it!

Ingredients For bunyan's diabetic savory baked chicken

6chicken thighs

3/8 tspfresh cracked black pepper

3/8 tspcelery seed

3/8 tspgranulated garlic

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce, low sodium

2 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium

2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

6 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How To Make bunyan's diabetic savory baked chicken

1Wash chicken under running water & pat dry

2Drop the chicken in a large zip top plastic bag

3Pour all ingredients except chicken into a blender and emulsify

4Pour over the chicken.

5Squeeze as much air out of the bag as possible and seal it

6Marinate for at least 2 hours, overnight is best

7Bake in a pre heated 350 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. It should register 180 on a thermometer
