I have looked around for a great recipe that was not over powering in any certain ingredient. I can say that I have put together a wonderful fried chicken on its own but if you add the sauce it's all the better. Especially for a Super Bowl occasion or get together. Hope you enjoy!

How To Make buffalo wings

Using the first 6 ingredients listed put them in a large bowl and mix till all the wings are coated. Place wings in a Large Freezer bag or cover in the bowl and place in refrigerator for an hour.

Pour oil in a pot or fryer, enough to make about an inch or a little more. Heat oil to 350. (Remember as you add the chicken the oil is going to rise so make sure you have a deep enough pot)

Add chicken, about 4-5 pieces at a time. Fry for 10 mins. Chicken should be a nice brown color and crispy. Let drain on paper towels. Once all the chicken is done, place in a large bowl.
