This is the first meal I cooked for my husband after we got married; the funny thing is before we 'tied the knot' he had warned me that he was a picky eater (we hadn't been out on many 'food dates' because his work moves him around a lot, we did the video chat thing most)then when I started cooking for him he hasn't been as picky as he thought he was, as it turns out he just doesn't like processed foods! ;)

Ingredients For buffalo chicken

1/3 choney
-
1/3 cchili sauce
-
1/2 tspred pepper (may reduce to 1/4 tsp)

1 tspcider vinegar

1/8 tspground ginger

1/8 tspground cumin

4boneless, skinless chicken breasts; cut into strips
How To Make buffalo chicken

1Mix all ingredients except chicken.

2Add chicken and toss to coat well.

3Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes to marinate.

4Heat 12" skillet over medium-high.

5Add chicken to skillet; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes.

6Add remaining marinade; cook and stir 6 to 8 minutes.

7I like to serve this with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Also on a day when I have the time I make dinner rolls too.
