Ingredients For buffalo chicken salad

2 lgboneless chicken breasts cut in strips

1 Tbspolive oil

1/2 cfranks red hot sauce

2 Tbspbutter

4 cleafy greens or romaine lettuce

1/2 smred onion sliced in half rounds

1 mdcarrot grated

2 stalkcelery

1 ccheddar cheese grated

bleu cheese dressing
How To Make buffalo chicken salad

1Cut chicken breasts into strips, season with salt and pepper and add to heated olive oil in a large saute pan. Cook until no longer pink - about 2-3 min per side.

2Add the hot sauce and butter. Cook for about 5 min to reduce sauce.

3Meanwhile wash the greens or lettuce and arrange on plate, scatter the onion, carrot, celery and cheese on the lettuce. Add hot chicken pieces and drizzle with bleu cheese dressing.
