Ingredients For buffalo chicken & pasta

  • 1 lb
    penne pasta
  • 1 tsp
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 1/2Tbsp ea
    salt,pepper or to taste
  • 2-3 lge
    garlic cloves,minced
  • 1lb
    boneless chicken breast,cut into strips or cubes
  • veg.or olive oil for cooking chicken
  • buffalo wing sauce,as much as you like,i us frank's red hot
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    red onion,diced
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing,i use ranch
  • 3/4 c
    milk

How To Make buffalo chicken & pasta

  • 1
    Cook pasta according to directions. While pasta is cooking,prepare chicken with spices & cook in oil. Add hot sauce & saute with chicken. When chicken is mostly cooked,add onion,garlic & celery. Continue to saute til chicken is fully cooked. Combine Mayo,dressing & milk in med.bowl. Add to skillet after chicken is done. Toss with pasta. Serve with fresh green salad and hot crusty bread! Nice wine! Yum! *If you don't like hot dishes add small amt.of hot sauce,but this must be added to give the dish the nice flavor. It won't be hot! If you like hot then go for it....add as much as you like. Can also be added to individual servings!
