I made this mostly from left overs! But you can make it from scratch using this recipe as a guide line. It is easy, fast to make and tastes so darn good! You can make it according to directions, or tone it down or make it spicier according to your tastes. I used Saucy Mama, Jamaican Jerk Wing Sauce which is my favorite... but you can use any hot wing sauce you care for. This is a recipe worth trying. Play With Your Food! xo

Ingredients For buffalo chicken pasta
- BUFFALO WING PASTA

12 lgbuffalo chicken nuggets (cooked, from deli)

6 cpenne pasta (left over, cooked)

1 ptgrape tomatoes
-
1 tspeach: ground black pepper, garlic powder
-
1 cwater
-
1/3 csaucy mama jamaican jerk wing sauce

1 Tbspbutter
- ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS

1 tspground cayenne pepper
- OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

1/2 cblue cheese dressing

4 stickcelery (cleaned and cut in 3 - 4 pieces)
How To Make buffalo chicken pasta

1Cut or break apart the deli chicken into 3 or 4 pieces. Put in a large pan with 1 cup of water, the tomatoes, spices, and pasta. Bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat, simmer for a couple of minutes.

3Add your wing sauce to simmering mixture and gently stir together.

4Taste the sauce. If you want to add more wing sauce or cayenne pepper.. do it now.

5Taste sauce again. make any adjustments needed. Add the butter at this time and gently stir. (The butter adds so much creaminess and flavor).

6Place into serving bowls.

7Serve with or without garnishes.
