Ingredients For buffalo chicken nuggets

2 lbground chicken

4 ozcream cheese, low-fat

4 Tbspchopped celery

4 Tbspcrumbled blue cheese

pepper
-
4eggs
- WING SAUCE

1 cfrank's hot sauce

1 stickbutter
How To Make buffalo chicken nuggets

1Preheat oven to 350

2Mix chicken, cream cheese, eggs, celery, blue cheese and pepper. Spoon on to cookie sheet. They are really soft and will spread a little. Bake for 15 minutes.

3In small microwavable bowl heat hot sauce and butter. Carefully pull of "wing" and drop in hot sauce. Place back in oven for about 10-15 minutes.

4I used a spoon to remove wings and dip in hot sauce and it worked great. They are delicate and will crumble.
