Ingredients For buffalo chicken chili

1 1/4 lbchicken thighs, skinless & boneless

1 1/2 ccelery, sliced

1 - 15 oz. canblack beans, drained & rinsed

1 canhunt's fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained
-
1 - 8 oz. cantomato sauce
-
2 Tbsphot sauce or 1 jar of hooters hot wing sauce, heat to your liking

1/3 cblue cheese, crumbled
How To Make buffalo chicken chili

1Spray large saucepan or Dutch oven with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken & celery; cook 5 - 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.

2Stir in beans, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce & pepper sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook 10 - 15 minutes or until chicken is tender & flavors are blended. Top each serving with blue cheese. Add more pepper sauce, if desired.
