Ingredients For broiled chicken thighs with fresh plum sauce

8boneless skinless chicken thighs

2 tspeach salt, garlic powder & paprika

1 tspblack pepper

3plums pitted and diced

1/2 cgrape juice

1 sprigrosemary

1 tspsugar

2 tspcornstarch

1 Tbspwater

fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make broiled chicken thighs with fresh plum sauce

1mix the salt, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper together. Sprinkle over both sides of the chicken

2Place the chicken on a broiler pan and broil on high for about 15 minutes turning half way through.

3To make the sauce combine the plums, grape juice, rosemary sprig, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook mashing down the plums until they are real soft and mushy. Strain out the solids in a fine mesh strainer and discard. Mix cornstarch and water together. Bring the sauce to a boil and whisk in the cornstarch mixture until thickened.

4Serve the sauce with the chicken and garnish with Parsley
