I don't remember where I got this recipe from, but have had it for years and its so good, especially w/ some wild rice. I think it was from a lady at my church.

Ingredients For broiled chicken in spicy orange sauce

  • 1 Tbsp
    orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    finely chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    light molasses
  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 2 lg
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts

How To Make broiled chicken in spicy orange sauce

    Preheat broiler. Lightly spray a broiler rack w/ cooking spray, preferably olive oil. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, chiles, vinegar, molasses and mustard.

    Sprinkle chicken w/ salt. Place chicken on broiler rack. Broil chicken for 2 mins. Turn chicken over and brush w/ the glaze.

    Broil for 4 mins, brushing w/ glaze again. Turn chicken over once more, brush w/ glaze and cook about another 5 mins or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
