    boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 c
    italian seasoned panko
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1
    envelope of italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil

How To Make breaded italian chicken breast

    pound each breast to about 1/4 inch thick.

    in med bowl or pie tin mix dry ingredients
  • 3
    in a separate bowl beat eggs
  • 4
    dip chicken in eggs then dredge in breadcrumb mixture
  • 5
    heat oil on med heat and cook chicken breast until golden brown on each side. about 4-5 minutes per side.

    we like to make chicken parmesan sandwiches with them. Toast some buns in the oven with a little bit of garlic butter, melt mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken before removing from your pan, add a little bit of your favorite spaghetti sauce and enjoy.
