Ingredients For breaded chicken dijon

2boneless skinless chicken breasts

4 Tbspdijon mustard

dashworcestershire sauce
-
dashbalsamic vinegar

2 Tbspskim milk

2 citalian bread crumbs

garlic powder, to taste

salt and pepper, to taste

2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
How To Make breaded chicken dijon

1Pound chicken breasts until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

2In a shallow bowl, add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and milk. Whisk together.

3Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in another shallow bowl.

4Dredge chicken in mustard mixture and then breadcrumbs.

5Sauté in a pan with EVOO over medium heat, about 3 or 4 minutes each side, or until fully cooked.
