I got this recipe years ago on T.V. A chef was preparing this. It sounded good so I wrote it on the back of an envelope I had handy. I'm glad I didn't lose the envelope because it's a favorite of ours.

Ingredients For breaded chicken cutlets

chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)

oil
-
breadcrumbs

salt, pepper, paprika

garlic powder is optional
How To Make breaded chicken cutlets

1Pound chicken breasts (put it in plastic bag and bang it till thin).

2Dip chicken in oil, and bread crumbs. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika (garlic powder is optional)

3Bake 25-30 minutes at 375-400 degrees. Serve with a squirt of lemon.
