How To Make bourbon chicken

1Cut the drumsticks into 3cmx3cm pieces.

2Add the olive oil, ginger, and garlic into a mixing bowl.

3Press the control knob to 2min/120°c/speed 1.5.

4Add the chili flakes, chicken legs, apple juice, brown sugar, and ketchup to the mixing bowl.

5Add the apple cider vinegar, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to the mixing bowl.

6Press the control knob to 7min/120°c/reversal/speed 1.5, without the measuring cup.
