    boneless skinless drumsticks
  • 20 g
    olive oil
  • 2 slice
    ginger
  • 2
    garlic cloves
  • 0.5 tsp
    chili flakes
  • 30 g
    apple juice
  • 15 g
    brown sugar
  • 20 g
    ketchup
  • 10 g
    apple cider vinegar
  • 10 g
    light soy sauce
  • 5 g
    dark soy sauce, optional

How To Make bourbon chicken

    Cut the drumsticks into 3cmx3cm pieces.

    Add the olive oil, ginger, and garlic into a mixing bowl.

    Press the control knob to 2min/120°c/speed 1.5.

    Add the chili flakes, chicken legs, apple juice, brown sugar, and ketchup to the mixing bowl.

    Add the apple cider vinegar, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to the mixing bowl.

    Press the control knob to 7min/120°c/reversal/speed 1.5, without the measuring cup.

    Transfer to a bowl to serve.
