2 chicken leg quarters

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup chicken broth

salt and pepper to taste

2 carrots peeled and cut into chunks

2 russet potatoes, cut into chunks
How To Make bonnie's pressure cooker chicken leg quarters

1Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

2In the pressure cooker, using the browning option, fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.

3It should look like this.

4Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth to the pot.

5Add the potatoes.

6Add the carrots.

7Set the temperature to High on the pressure cooker, and cook 25 minutes. Serve with a side of cranberry sauce. Enjoy your hard work. :)
