boneless buffalo bites

My kids love buffalo wings, but I hate the mess they make w their hands after eating them. These bite size boneless wings eliminated the messy hands and faces! The recipe isnt exact science. Just a few ingredients. No measuring is really needed. Just enough hot sauce and breaded needed to coat the chicken and into the fryer it goes! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For boneless buffalo bites

4boneless chicken breast

1 12oz bottlefranks hot sauce

2 chouse autry chicken breader

1/2 cbuttermilk (optional for milder flavor)

2 clovegrated garlic (or a little garlic powder)

1 bottleveggie or peanut oil (for frying)
How To Make boneless buffalo bites

1Cut chicken into bite size pieces

2Add hot sauce and garlic to chicken, making sure all pieces are coated.

3Cover and refrigerate to marinate for a couple of hours (*can be cooked immediately but tastes much better and are more tender and juicy if marinated for a few hours)

4Coat chicken thoroughly w chicken breader

5Deep fry chicken until golden brown and cook throughout.
