1In a large (12-14") dutch oven cook bacon till chrisp.Put flour in a brown papper bag add chicken shake to coat chicken..Remove bacon from oven and drain on papper towl,set aside...Brown chicken in bacon drippings,Drain fat from oven..

2Add tomato sauce and chicken stock,cover and simmer for 45 minutes..Remove lid,add corn,mushroom,bacon,onion,pepper, Parsley,thyme and hot sauce. Covet and simmer for abought 30 minutes more....I serve with wild rice.Or brown rice..
