Ingredients For bob's chicken with rosemery and thyme.

  • 6 slice
    uncooked bacon
  • 3 1/2 lb
    chicken pieces
  • 6
    potatos quartered
  • 1 c
    sliced green bell peppers
  • 1/2 c
    red & yellow bell peppers
  • 1 c
    sliced mushrooms your choice
  • 2 c
    sliced onions
  • 1 c
    diced celery
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    crushed rosemary and thyme
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • salt and pepper to tasted
  • 1 lg
    tomato sliced
  • 2 c
    white wine
  • 2 c
    chicken stock, no salt

How To Make bob's chicken with rosemery and thyme.

    Pre-heat oven to 375. In a 2 quart dutch oven,( I use cast iron ),layer ingredients in the dutch oven as given. In a mixing bowl mix wine and chicken stock. Por over chicken. place the lid on the dutch oven. Put into the oven and cook for1 1/2 hours.I serve this over rice.
