5brats* i used johnsonville*

5hot dog buns

3celery stalks, thinly sliced

1 sliceonion, thinly sliced

3/4 cbreader *i used everglades*

1/4 cbuttermilk

1 stickbutter, unsalted

1 lbcrabmeat, fresh

1 tspseafood seasoning

2 Tbsphorseradish mustard

1Grill brats according to package directions. Grill buns. Set aside and keep warm

2Meanwhile heat deep fryer to 350 degrees. Dip onion and celery slices in buttermilk then dredge in breader. Deep fry until golden brown. Remove from fryer and drain on paper towels

3Melt butter in a medium-high heated skillet. Add crab and seasoning to skillet. Spoon butter over crab for 2 minutes until crab is heated through.

4Spread mustard on buns then assemble brats, crab, onion & celery...enjoy! **spoon extra butter over crabmeat**
