2 poundspotatoes, chopped in large chunks or halves (i like red potatoes)

3/4 clemon juice, fresh or from a bottle

1 tspdried oregano

1 Tbspcrushed garlic

1 Tbspoil, i like olive

1/2 tspsalt

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Place potatoes in a large and deep baking tray. Wedge the chicken prices on top - skin side up.

3Put remaining ingredients in a measuring jug and stir. Pour/drizzle over the chicken - do this slowly. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 45 minutes.
