With just 3 ingredients this is a fast recipe to get in the oven. Chicken thighs smothered in a slightly sweet and smokey sauce (thighs don't dry out like chicken breasts). Best served with jacket potatoes (can be keto with the use of sugar free dressing and BBQ sauce, minus the potato). Check ingredients to make it gluten free. By using different BBQ sauces allows different flavours, we most enjoy a smokey BBQ sauce - though any BBQ sauce will work. The ranch dressing is prepared and from a bottle. Chilled chicken can be shredded and used for wraps - YUM!!

  • 3 lb
    chicken thighs, choped in to halves or thirds
  • 1 c
    bbq sauce
  • 1 c
    ranch dressing

How To Make betty's baked bbq ranch chicken

    Pre_heat oven to 375oF (180oC). In a large pan lay the chicken on a single layer.

    Mix the sauce and dressing together and over the chicken and bake for 45 minutes.

    Increase heat to 420oF (200oC) for a further 15 minutes. Serve with jacket potatoes and steamed veggies or salad.
