Ingredients For best ever b b que chicken

  • 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    coconut oil
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 4 Tbsp
    maple syrup
  • 1
    beef boullion
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/4
    onion diced
  • 2 clove
    garlic diced
  • 4 to 8
    chicken leg quarters
  • season all

    Combine all ingredients in sauce pan simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then sprinkle season all over chicken quarters, You will baste chicken every 10 minutes on the grill and every time you turn chicken with mixture til chicken is done discard any unused mixture. I like to serve this with my Broccoli/cauliflower salad and Apple Dumplings
