These wings are great!! They have a lot of flavor, thanks to the jerk seasoning. Great as an appetizer or as a meal. This originally calls for lime juice, but since i can't have lime juice, I used lemon juice which works out just fine.

Ingredients For bbq jamaican jerk chicken wings

  • 2 lb
    chicken wings, tips removed.
  • 1/4 c
    jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    lite soy sauce

How To Make bbq jamaican jerk chicken wings

    Place wings in plastic resealable bag. Place bag in shallow bowl. In bowl mix jerk seasoning, vinegar, orange juice, lemon juice, oil and soy sauce. Pour marinade over chicken, let rest in refrigerator 24 hrs. The next day, Set grill for medium, indirect heat, place wings on grill. Grill 20 min. Meanwhile heat marinade in saucepan to boiling, let boil 1 min. Remove from heat. Brush chicken w/ sauce. Turn chicken over and grill until no longer pink, about another 10 min, brushing w/ sauce.
